10 THINGS YOU CAN DO TO “FEEL GOOD’ DURING LOCKDOWN!

COVID-19 (2021) – A Global Health Crisis

This situation is more of a ‘personal crisis’ than a ‘health crisis’ – as it is affecting all people on the planet Earth – personally.

No matter who you are or what you are or where you live – today we are all thinking about ‘CORONA VIRUS’. It is causing stress to many people, families, communities and countries.

All you want to do is to feel good and help your family and friends feel good as well.

Here are 10 things you can do to ‘FEEL GOOD’.

  1. Focus on your Life Path – Think of what has happened in your life – what has brought you to where you are today – what would you have liked to happen in your life – if you were not in lockdown.
  2. Start Journaling – Start to write down what you want to do each day – stay on top of it – Have focus and clarity about where you are heading
  3. Find your passion – In the midst of a crisis – you find the strength from within – find the hidden passion – what is it that you would love to DO and BE – it is within you –
  4. Catch up with things that you kept putting off because you had no time in your busy work schedule – craft, sewing etc
  5. Take time to rest – Read a book – you will never know how it will change your life
  6. Meditate in the mornings – When you wake up early because you can’t sleep – sit up and meditate – even for 5 minutes
  7. Plant some vegetables that you can use – if things get tougher later on – Vegetables that you can use for a salad – Tomatoes, basil, spinach, cucumber etc
  8. Go through your photo albums and make photo collages for your family and friends – they will make good gifts for Christmas
  9. Ever thought of writing a book – may be this is your calling – The Universe may be giving you the time to bring that Author in YOU!
  10. Be the best version of you – Take this time to be who you desire to BE!
