This is the new ‘HOLISTIC APPROACH TO HEART HEALTH CARE’. It is a combination of healthy food choices, regular walking/exercise, breathing and relaxation exercises, balancing all areas of your life, a positive mindset, forgiveness, and letting go of past hurts together with emotional well-being to bring about a holistic approach to live a healthy, vibrant life. We give you the tools to work with for the rest of your life. The changes you make in your life will affect the people around you and help you and your loved ones to live a balanced, healthy life.
A medical referral is not essential, people can refer themselves for the program.
Programs are individualised to suit your needs in ‘one on one sessions’.
We can also offer sessions on Skype if you are unable to attend a retreat. Yet, you need to attend the healing session (optional) that is held here at the Health & Lifestyle Retreat, Berrigan, New South Wales, Australia.
